Material - 100% cotton Weight - 900g (1 yd/weight)
Subsidiary Material - 100% cotton 10/s Single , Ykk Matte Kenton button 17mm, 30mm pad
Pre-working - Dumble, Tentar
Postprocess - Sulfur dye, X ray, Bio wash, Hand made sewing(manual operation)
The out shell surface of this product is sturdy using 900G high-weight, high-density cotton 100% fabric, and the lining is a single 10's fabric that is excellent for sweat absorption and warmth, and a 30mm-thick pad is manually placed on the inside of the shoulder to create a unique silhouette. The fabric is sufficiently contracted through several iterations, including dyeing, washing, and drying using Dumble and Tentar pretreated fabric, so there is no further contraction when washing after wearing it. After dyeing the high-end surfer using indigo dyes, it was fixed hand made sewed one by one in the position where the the Permanganate use X-ray brush would be applied to create a fade feel on the old vintage denim jacket. All of the Kenton buttons used YKK matte nickel colors.

이 제품의 겉감은 900G 고중량 고밀도 면 100% 원단을 사용해 견고하며, 안감은 10's 단일 원단으로 땀 흡수와 보온에 탁월하며 어깨 안쪽에 30mm 두께의 패드를 수작업으로 배치해 독특한 실루엣을 연출합니다. 덤블, 텐타 전처리 된 원단을 사용해 염색, 세탁, 건조 등 여러 번의 반복을 통해 원단이 충분히 수축돼 착용 후 세탁 시 더 이상의 수축이 없습니다. 인디고 염료를 사용해 고급 서퍼 염색 후 과망 X레이 브러시로 도포할 위치에 일일이 수작업으로 고정해 옛날 빈티지 데님 재킷에 페이드 느낌을 연출했습니다. 켄톤 버튼은 모두 YKK 무광 니켈 컬러를 사용했습니다.
