제품은 단면 색상의 블랙 13OZ 원단을 사용하였고, 착용 시 편안함을 주기 위해 나일론 100% 소재의 3:3 기능성 스판 원단을 사용하여 가랑이 부분과 오금 부분을 배색하였습니다. 또한 바이커 팬츠에 테크니컬한 핏과 입체적인 느낌을 주기 위해 겉감 소재를 무릎과 엉덩이에 특수 주름 가공 처리하였습니다. 그리고 스판 소재의 손상을 방지하기 위해 BIO를 여러 번 세탁하여 원단 본연의 색상을 최대한 표현하였습니다 전문가들의 고급 기술을 활용해 올핸드 브러시로 세밀한 색심도를 부여하고, 이후 데미지와 직조 자수, 코팅 작업을 진행했습니다.      

제품은 여러 번의 세척과 건조를 통해 완성되며, 따라서 세탁 중에도 소재가 줄어들거나 변형되지 않습니다. 후처리로 인한 자연적인 손상도 있을 수 있습니다.
